Katie focuses her practice on fiduciary litigation, trust administration and general civil litigation. She represents individual and corporate fiduciaries in contested matters relating to various types of fiduciary claims.  Prior to joining MacIntyre McCulloch & Stanfield, LLP, Katie spent time at both a large, national law firm and a niche, boutique firm focusing on commercial litigation defense. She concentrated on representing financial services companies in various types of matters, including employment litigation, fraud litigation, and breach of contract cases. Katie provides assistance to her clients in Houston and around the state of Texas.
