BIOGRAPHY

W. Cameron McCulloch, Jr. focuses his practice on fiduciary and civil litigation, estate and trust administration, wealth planning and probate/guardianship matters. Mr. McCulloch is one of the founding partners of MacIntyre McCulloch & Stanfield, LLP which was incorporated in 2007. Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. McCulloch was a partner and shareholder in the Houston office of Thompson and Knight, LLP. which is a full service world wide law firm. He has 25 plus years of experience in counseling and representing individual and corporate fiduciaries in highly contested matters that include accounting/administration issues as well as prosecution and defense of fiduciary claims. Mr. McCulloch provides assistance in both independent and dependent administration of estates and guardianships with the preparation of and/or review of fiduciary accounts for both trustees and trust beneficiaries, and the institution of and/or the defense of estate, trust, and/or fiduciary litigation throughout the Houston area and across the state of Texas.
